Directions and Dosage

Performax Labs recommends that beginners take 1 capsule first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Once tolerance has been assessed, an additional capsule can be taken 6-8 hours later. Do not exceed more than 3 capsules in a 24 hours period. Sensitive users should consume this product with food.
