What is Turmeric?
Turmeric is a flowering plant that's part of the ginger family. It has a warm somewhat bitter taste and is often used in curry powders, mustards, butters and cheeses. The root of the turmeric however is widely used for medicin and contains a yellow colored chemical called Curcumin which has long been used for it's anti-inflammatory properties, as well as to color foods.
Directions
Take one capsule one to three times a day with meals or a glass of water.
