Directions & Dosage
Take 2 capsules twice per day. Do not take more than 6 capsules within a 24 hour period. Best taken early in the day, on an empty stomach and not within 6 hours of bedtime. To get the best results, drink plenty of water each day and take for 12 weeks.
Workout Days: Take one serving before breakfast and one serving before your workout.
