Ashwaganda is an ancient medicinal herb which is thought to have many benefits from reducing anxiety, fighting stress, boosting brain function, and even boosting fertility and testosterone in men.
Ashwagandha typically is generally well tolerated when taken short term, from a few weeks to maybe a few months. Some mild to moderate side effects may include headaches, stomach upset, and a few users actually report a lack of motivation.
Ashwaganda may cause mild sleepiness or drowsiness among users. Ashwagandha should not be taken with other sedatives.
Take 1 tablet twice daily on an empty stomach or as recommended by a doctor.
