Should I Take Resveratrol in the Morning or Night?
Resveratrol can be taken any time of day and can of day, with or without food.
Is There Anyone Who Shouldn't Take Resveratrol?
If you are undergoing surgery you should stop taking Resveratrol two weeks prior to surgery and do not resume taking it until two weeks after surgery to reduce the risk of bleeding. Those pregnant or nursing should also check with their doctor before taking Resveratrol
