How to Take USPLabs BCAA Supreme

Mix 1 serving (2 level scoops) with 20 oz. of water and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Sip throughout your workout, other athletic events, or any time you need an extra serving of aminos!

If initial foaming occurs, shake lightly for a few minutes, and this should subside. Shake container before each use to disperse any ingredients that may have settled at the bottom of your shaker.
