Arginine is an amino acid produced by the body, but sometimes requires additional supplementation to meet training needs. Many athletes consume Arginine, a precursor for synthesis of Nitric Oxide 30 minutes prior to training. This helps stimulate the release of growth hormone and ultimately lead to increased muscle mass.
Besides the aforementioned benefits for weight-training, Arginine also helps maintain immune and hormone function as well as heal wounds, remove waste from kidneys. Some foods contain Arginine, but its difficult to eat them in reasonable quantities to obtain the desired effect.
Mix one scoop of Allmax Arginine in water or juice 1-3 times daily.
Consume approximately 30 minutes prior to training.
